Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone and virtual interactions
  • Ability to follow dress code policy
  • Proficiency in operating computers and electronic devices for extended periods
  • Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously
  • Skill in problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to escalate issues to management when required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years of prior retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer flow
  • Experience with inventory management preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
  • Communicate clearly and concisely by adapting style to suit the customers by problem solving, excellent phone skills and resolving conflict
  • Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
  • Maintain all service vows including Being Prepared, Welcoming, ability to Meet the Needs and Be There for all customers, including all operational checklist tasks
  • Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time
  • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
  • Communicate alterations and promote alteration services and personalization options
  • Maintain store standards and dress code
  • Respond promptly to customer questions providing product and service information
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Engage in inventory management by processing orders, receiving and ensuring merchandise quality
  • Support cash wrap behaviors and process transactions accurately
  • Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
