Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Excellent communication skills, including phone and virtual interactions
- Ability to follow dress code policy
- Proficiency in operating computers and electronic devices for extended periods
- Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Skill in problem solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to escalate issues to management when required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years of prior retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage customer flow
- Experience with inventory management preferred

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- Communicate clearly and concisely by adapting style to suit the customers by problem solving, excellent phone skills and resolving conflict
- Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
- Maintain all service vows including Being Prepared, Welcoming, ability to Meet the Needs and Be There for all customers, including all operational checklist tasks
- Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
- Communicate alterations and promote alteration services and personalization options
- Maintain store standards and dress code
- Respond promptly to customer questions providing product and service information
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Engage in inventory management by processing orders, receiving and ensuring merchandise quality
- Support cash wrap behaviors and process transactions accurately
- Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
