Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years cashier or customer service experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years cashier or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Greet and offer assistance to all people as they enter the facility
- Provide accurate information about membership types, benefits and costs
- Perform POS transactions, i.e. handle cash, credit cards or checks, make change and operate the kiosk
- Complete the necessary paperwork for bank deposits at the end of shift
- Receive and handle incoming calls
- Ensure visitors and guests adhere to Kroc Center and Membership policies and procedures
