Job Duties
- Organize, confirm, and process all guest check-ins and check-outs
- Manage room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations
- Secure payment and verify and adjust billing
- Activate and file room keys
- Process guest requests and relay messages
- Print contingency lists and maintain guest records
- Identify and explain room features and provide information about amenities and local areas
- Follow up on outstanding requests and resolve issues
- Run and review daily reports and logs
- Complete cashier and closing reports
- Accept and record wake-up call requests
- Count and secure bank at shift start and end
- Process all payment types and adjustments
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of guest reports of theft
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome guests and anticipate service needs
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Support team goals and comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
