Job Duties
- Staff and manage the Welcome Center, greeting and assisting visitors and residents
- answer and direct incoming calls
- manage mail, packages, and deliveries
- assist with general administrative tasks and special projects
- monitor fire and medical alarms and report incidents to the appropriate departments
- conduct wellness rounds by walking the independent living areas
