Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- basic knowledge of computers
- ability to work the specified shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:45 am to 10:00 am, Saturdays from 5:45 am to 10:00 am, and Sundays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask efficiently
- commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Job Duties
- managing check-in operations at the outdoor pool desk
- monitoring the pool deck to engage with members and assist with waitlist management
- handling member concerns with discretion and care
- supporting risk management and cleanliness standards
- building relationships that foster a deeper sense of connection and belonging at the Y
- providing friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service in person and over the phone
- assisting individuals in connecting with YMCA programs, services, and community
