Job Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Compliance or operations admin support experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to greet and interact with drivers and technicians professionally
- Experience in document distribution and collection
- Capability to inspect vehicle compliance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Experience writing routine reports and correspondence
- Experience speaking effectively before groups
- Experience calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Experience applying concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Experience in operating a standard computer, including basic use of MS applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Job Duties
- Greet and check out all drivers and service techs in a professional and friendly manner at the beginning and end of every shift
- Distribute and collect daily paperwork
- Inspect vehicles for compliance pre- and post-trip, along with collecting documentation
- Collect and monitor parking tickets
- Prepare presentations such as PowerPoint and financial documents
- Arrange and coordinate conference calls, regional meetings, and training sessions
- Prepare and process expense reports, payables, credit card statements and e-transfers
- Participate in Be-A-Star as chairperson for region
- Complete all daily, weekly or monthly reports on a timely basis
