Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately

- Ability to be on your feet throughout the entire shift

Job Duties
- Open and close the welcome center
- Assist guests with collecting payments/pre-authorization payments
- Make reservations for entertainment, lodging, and/or planning itineraries for shows, attractions, and restaurants
- Welcome guests by greeting them and check them in to pre-qualify them for tours
- Provide information to guests about the area, including directions
- Provide each guest with a map of the resort and directions for accommodations and touring
- Provide guests with hotel vouchers and manage hotel tax responsibilities
- Confirm all gifts and resolve any gifting issues
- Run daily reports
- Ensure guests leave happy and clear on their accommodations, gifts, tour date, and time
- Communicate with Admin Manager or Leads about unusual tours or gifts
- Call arrivals on the day of arrival or coordinate with customer service
- Assist walk-in customers with general questions or arrange courtesy tours
- Resolve product or service problems by identifying and implementing solutions
- Work closely with customer service, reservations, and tour desk
- Learn and progress within the company, cross-training across departments
- Provide final daily breakdown numbers of tours and correct data entry to Marketing and Sales
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
