Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- availability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts including weekends
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- physical capability to stand for extended periods
- basic understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene
- prior experience in food production or preparation
- willingness to learn and grow professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience working in a production kitchen
- strong food preparation skills
- ability to follow recipes and cooking techniques accurately
- experience with prep work
- good multitasking abilities
- knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Deliver incredible customer service by preparing ingredients and creating high-quality meals
- follow recipes, use proper knife skills, and apply cooking techniques to ensure consistency
- effectively multitask and balance prep work while ensuring meals are prepared in a timely manner
- understand how products look and taste at their peak of perfection
- assist with ordering to help maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize waste
