Job Requirements
- must be available Saturdays and/or Sundays
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- comfortable being active and on feet for extended periods
- ability to bend, stoop, and move quickly
- previous experience working with children preferred

- ability to lead group activities with energy and confidence
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- highly dependable and punctual
- organized and able to work independently or as part of a team
- availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
Job Duties
- assist with event preparation and set-up
- greet families and guests with a friendly attitude
- lead and facilitate party activities and games
- ensure participant safety during activities
- maintain event schedule and assist with transitions
- communicate with families to confirm special requests
- handle minor issues and escalate when necessary
- breakdown and cleanup after events
- report any equipment damage or safety concerns
