Job Requirements
- must have a reliable pickup truck with mileage reimbursement
- must have a smartphone to utilize company app
- availability from 8pm to 12am on Friday and Saturday
- able to work onsite in assigned territories
- physically able to perform trash collection duties
- reliable transportation and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- familiarity with smartphone technology and apps
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage time efficiently
- reliable and proactive attitude
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- assist the local supervisor with nightly trash pickups
- perform pickups at apartment properties when team members are unavailable
- conduct walk-throughs of properties experiencing service issues
- ensure quality control and service excellence
- engage in courtesy check-ins with onsite team members
- manage team workflow during assigned shifts
- utilize company app for timekeeping and collection tracking
