Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in manufacturing or casting preferred
- ability to pass background screening and drug test
- must wear safety gear including protective eyewear, hard hats, earplugs, and steel-toed shoes
- reliable and predictable attendance
- ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- physically able to handle job demands
Job Qualifications

- experience with polymer concrete casting or manufacturing preferred

Job Duties
- Casting covers or boxes by preparing various individual mold platforms
- molding different sizes with accuracy and quality
- mixing and pouring polymer concrete into molds
- integrating reinforcing materials such as fiberglass and rebar
- ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols including the use of protective equipment
- maintaining consistent and predictable attendance
- adapting to acquire new job-related skills
