Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years of age
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Must have a positive and energetic attitude
- Must be physically active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds frequently
- Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Must have a clear criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of sixteen years
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with mobility
- Criminal background clearance
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present in the dining room and foster social connection
- Prepare tables and meal accompaniments for service
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Monitor residents' dietary habits and communicate with supervisors
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking as needed
- Report any unusual changes in appetite or meal attendance
