Job Requirements
- must be at least sixteen years of age
- ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of eighth-grade proficiency
- positive and energetic attitude
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- ability to frequently lift and move items up to fifty pounds
- ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- must be criminally cleared

Job Duties
- greet residents and make them feel welcome
- be present in the dining room to mingle, entertain, and foster connections
- prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- bus tables and sweep floors to maintain cleanliness
- communicate with supervisors and wellness staff about residents' dietary habits and attendance
- assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- monitor residents' eating patterns and report changes
