Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- able to communicate effectively in English
- physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
- capable of lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds
- able to assist residents with mobility needs
- criminal background clearance required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade proficiency level
- positive and energetic attitude toward working with seniors
- physically active and capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping for extended periods
- ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds
- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- be present and engage with residents in the dining room
- prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- bus tables and sweep floors to maintain cleanliness
- communicate concerns about residents' dietary habits to supervisors and wellness team
- assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls
- foster an environment where residents can connect and enjoy their dining experience
