Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years of age
 - Must communicate effectively in English at an eighth-grade proficiency
 - Positive and energetic attitude
 - Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
 - Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds frequently
 - Must assist residents with mobility needs and after falls
 - Criminal background clearance required
 
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
 - Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade proficiency level
 - Positive and energetic attitude towards working with seniors
 - Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop for extended periods
 - Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
 - Ability to assist residents with mobility and after falls
 - Successful completion of criminal background check
 
Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining area
 - Prepare tables, salads, and silverware ahead of meal service
 - Buss tables and maintain cleanliness of dining spaces
 - Observe and communicate residents’ dietary habits and appetite changes to supervisors and wellness team
 - Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall support
 - Engage with residents to foster social interaction and a positive dining experience
 - Follow safety and hygiene protocols consistently
