Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food production and service
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations constructively
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to assist in lifting residents over 100 pounds
- Must comply with all community policies and procedures
- Must maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Availability for weekend day and evening shifts
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties
- Ensure adequate daily coverage for meal service by coordinating with leadership
- Assist Culinary Services Director with training and team performance
- Attend staff meetings as required
- Direct resident, family, and guest feedback to community leadership
- Oversee server pre-service and post-service work and delegate tasks
- Assign table sections to Health Services staff for timely service
- Manage cleaning and preparation of dining areas to restaurant standards
- Reset tables, linens, and refill condiments
- Maintain drink stations and salad bars
- Take and oversee meal orders using excellent customer service skills
- Ensure drinks are timely refilled
- Serve residents and guests according to their choices
- Manage guest reservations and private dining room setup
- Complete cleaning checklists and responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver room trays
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Uphold professional appearance and demeanor
- Foster a positive customer service environment
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
