Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferably 1 or more years of customer service or administrative or clerical experience
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to assist residents with questions or concerns
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures

- 1 or more years of customer service or administrative/clerical experience preferred
- Ability to professionally interact with residents and visitors
- Basic knowledge of emergency notification procedures
Job Duties
- Answer multi-line telephone and transfer calls and messages to appropriate personnel
- Give tours to walk in guests when sales team is not present
- Monitor the emergency notification system, respond immediately, and direct help to the scene of the emergency
- Assist residents, guests, and visitors with questions or concerns
- Direct marketing appointments and walk-ins and provide a tour if necessary
- Distribute mail and packages to residents and associates
- Provide secretarial assistance to Administration as needed
- Monitor and prepare visitor sign-in and sign-out logs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates
