Job Duties

  • Greet and assist all visitors, vendors, and residents' family members in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • ensure that all visitors sign in and out per facility policy
  • monitor visitor compliance with facility protocols (e.g., infection control, mask usage, sign-in procedures)
  • provide information or direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying as needed
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • support emergency procedures by following communication protocols
  • maintain confidentiality and security of resident and facility information at all times
