Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- U.S. citizenship or authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet residents, visitors, families, and staff in a warm, professional, and respectful manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls accurately and efficiently
- Monitor visitor sign-in/sign-out and follow facility security and infection control protocols
- Provide general information about the facility while maintaining resident privacy
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and messages
- Maintain front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, faxing, and data entry
- Coordinate communication between departments as needed
- Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies and notify appropriate staff
- Support resident-centered care by demonstrating compassion and sensitivity to residents and family
- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and facility policies
