Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Working knowledge of office machines including copier, fax, and phone systems
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and staff
- Basic computer knowledge with aptitude to learn company applications
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 30 pounds unassisted, bend, stoop, push, pull and twist

Job Duties
- Directs residents and guests to the appropriate office for assistance, resident room, or activity area as needed
- Answers the telephone promptly and directs calls to appropriate party, minimizing holding time
- Provides clerical support to all departments as assigned by supervisor
- Copies, collates, and staples materials as requested
- Maintains personnel records including background checks, E-verify and I-9s
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail and processes outgoing mail
- Assists with bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts payable functions
