Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Ability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional and positive communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with a team
- Pass background check, drug screening and reference check
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate verbally in a positive and professional manner
- Ability to relate positively to residents, families, and coworkers
- Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions in English
- Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company software
- Ability to pass drug screening, criminal background check and reference inquiry
- Related administrative experience necessary to accomplish the job
Job Duties
- Answer multiple line telephones
- Pick up additional shifts if needed
- Greet the public and assist with marketing
- Cover other receptionist shifts as needed
- Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll, mail distribution, accounts payable, personnel files
- Attend and participate in orientation, training, educational activities and staff meetings
- Participate in quality improvement activities as assigned
