Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule and confirm appointments accurately
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Coordinate communication between patients, staff, and management
- Provide information and assistance to patients and visitors as needed
