Job Duties
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate with healthcare providers
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mailing
- Facilitate communication between departments and external contacts
- Assist with general office duties as needed
