Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or administrative work
  • familiarity with office equipment including computers and multi-line phone systems

Job Duties

  • operate and maintain office equipment such as computers, printers, Pitney Bowes, fax machines, and multi-line phone systems
  • provide excellent customer service and support to residents, families, and staff
  • assist with administrative tasks and ensure timely follow-through on requests
  • maintain accurate records and documentation related to daily operations
  • support a safe and loving environment for residents living with memory loss
  • foster meaningful relationships and promote resident wellbeing
  • participate in training and mentorship programs to enhance job performance
