- prior experience in customer service or administrative work
- familiarity with office equipment including computers and multi-line phone systems

Job Duties
- operate and maintain office equipment such as computers, printers, Pitney Bowes, fax machines, and multi-line phone systems
- provide excellent customer service and support to residents, families, and staff
- assist with administrative tasks and ensure timely follow-through on requests
- maintain accurate records and documentation related to daily operations
- support a safe and loving environment for residents living with memory loss
- foster meaningful relationships and promote resident wellbeing
- participate in training and mentorship programs to enhance job performance
