Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in office, accounting, or business support roles
- experience in healthcare or long-term care environment preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems
- organizational and multitasking abilities
- professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
- flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as bending, standing, and walking
- emotional stability, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple tasks

Job Duties
- greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- answer phones, direct calls, and provide helpful information
- maintain the visitor log and ensure compliance with policies
- process, sort, and deliver mail
- prepare letters, reports, admission packets, and marketing materials
- assist with filing and maintaining accurate resident and visitor information
- direct deliveries to the right areas
- provide clerical support to leadership and staff
- assist with accounts payable/receivable functions as needed
- step in with other administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
