Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior food service experience preferred
- Availability to work primarily on weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Basic English communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service experience in a long-term care or similar setting
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks
Job Duties
- Assist in patient tray line assembly
- Load, operate, and clean the dishwasher
- Serve meals to cafeteria patrons
- Operate the cash register
- Maintain records and inventories relevant to the cafeteria
- Conduct surveys and participate in cafeteria controls
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the food service areas
