Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in the medical field
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and time management abilities
  • Ability to work with a diverse clientele
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Willingness to work some weekends and holidays
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to iV Bars clients
  • Educate and answer questions to clients about the benefits of IV therapies, hydration, cocktails, and other services offered at iV Bars
  • Ensure all required paperwork is filled out for new and existing customers
  • Promote memberships and wellness services based on client needs
  • Maintain inventory and cleanliness of the clinic
