Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • Proficiency in cooking breakfast and lunch savory items
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-heat environment
  • Strong knife skills and food preparation knowledge
  • Ability to maintain quality and consistency under pressure
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to company values including integrity and accountability

Job Duties

  • Cook and prep all pars for breakfast and lunch options on the savory line
  • Manage all prep required for opening savory line including bread, proteins, vegetables, and sauces
  • Cook savory items to chef's standards ensuring consistency, speed, and quality
  • Monitor and manage prep tasks to maximize sales and prevent stockouts
  • Validate all items meet standards for flavor, consistency, and appearance
  • Conduct and maintain daily inventory counts and communicate needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of savory line during shift
  • Perform daily deep cleaning duties at end of shift
  • Accept and apply feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate effectively with station partner
  • Lead by example to foster accountability and continuous improvement culture
