Job Requirements
- minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry
- stand for extended periods
- may be required to move furniture
- must comply with health and safety standards
- availability for flexible scheduling
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- good communication skills
- genuine interest in senior care and service
Job Duties
- clean resident rooms and common areas to maintain hygiene standards
- ensure the safety and comfort of senior residents through thorough cleaning
- move furniture and equipment as required to facilitate cleaning
- follow health and safety regulations and company policies
- report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- support the team to maintain a positive workplace environment
- adhere to schedule and complete cleaning tasks efficiently
