Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of relevant experience preferred
- Physical capability to fulfill job demands including lifting and climbing
- Availability to work flexible shifts, full-time or part-time
- Able to comply with health and safety regulations
- Willingness to work in a senior living environment
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills and ability to interact positively with residents and staff
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Understanding of health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Ensure sanitary conditions in residents' rooms and communal areas
- Handle waste disposal and recycling tasks
- Move furniture and equipment as needed for thorough cleaning
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Provide friendly and respectful interaction with residents
