Job Requirements
- Walking and standing most of the day
- Frequent stooping, stretching, bending, climbing, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 25 pounds
- Some exposure to potentially hazardous equipment, chemicals, and infectious waste
- This is a part-time role for every other weekend
- Shifts typically begin between 5:00am and 8:00am, depending on candidate's preference
Job Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow directions, both written and oral
- Capable of communicating with staff and residents, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks to achieve optimal productivity
- Positive attitude and caring approach required
Job Duties
- Cleans floors, carpets, and furniture throughout the facility
- Empties wastebaskets and trash containers
- Dust mops and wet mops resident rooms
- Dusts fixtures, registers, and personal furniture as needed
- Dust mops, wet mops, or vacuums offices and common areas
- Works in laundry department as needed
- Performs additional duties as required
