Job Requirements
- Completion of two years of high school
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shifts
- Capable of pushing, vacuuming, reaching, stretching, and bending during tasks
- Ability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds during work hours
- Willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Commitment to provide outstanding customer service

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning services including vacuuming, changing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms according to established standards
- Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude to enhance guest satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive work environment for team members and guests
