Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in receptionist duties preferred
- Experience in healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong multitasking skills
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors
- Answer telephone in a pleasant clear voice using proper English
- Screen or transfer calls taking and delivering messages when appropriate
- Complete and assemble admission package
- File various documents
- Lead the Activities team and provide support developing and implementing a well-rounded Activities program for all patients including evenings and weekends
- Timely completion of assessments care plans and associated paperwork
- Supervise activities assistants including training and scheduling
- Ensure all local State and Federal guidelines regarding programming are met
- Lead and follow activity calendar
- Partner with other departments to support marketing efforts in the community
- Perform other duties as assigned
