Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior receptionist experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in MS Office
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
- assist Executive Team with a variety of administrative tasks
- answer phones in a professional manner
- provide excellent customer service
- oversee receptionist and secretarial duties
- lead the dining team
- maintain a warm and welcoming front desk environment
