Job Description

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 AM to 7 PM
- ability to follow company policies and TDOT standards
- adherence to safety and confidentiality protocols
- physical fitness to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- reliable transportation
- good communication skills

- ability to work with minimal supervision
- physical and mental alertness to perform contract requirements and duties
- previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time
- comply with Easter Seals policies and procedures and employee handbook
- maintain TDOT quality standards
- comply with HIPAA, Title VI, and confidentiality requirements
- attend in-service training sessions, meetings, and out-of-town activities
- promote a positive work environment by treating staff and visitors with courtesy and respect
- comply with all aspects of the contract with TDOT
- maintain restrooms in a clean and sanitary condition
- maintain foyer and reception area cleanliness
- keep the storage area clean and secure
- report necessary repairs to supervisor
- sweep or hose parking lots, sidewalks, and walkways
- maintain grounds including mowing grass and caring for shrubbery
- collect and dispose of trash properly
- complete required quality control checklists
- clean windows and light fixtures regularly
- clean floors, doors, and water fountains each shift
- clean door mats daily
- remove trash and debris from grounds and parking lots
- clean picnic tables and pavilions as needed
- edge curbs and walkways weekly during growing season
- stock brochure racks
- report incidents of vandalism, theft, or accidents immediately
- follow safety, health, and sanitation procedures
- maintain visible presence to prevent vandalism and theft
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
