Job Duties
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and recipes
- Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Prepare food neatly, according to recipe, and in a timely manner
- Present quality products at all times and maintain a neat and clean work area
- Maintain adequately stocked workstations, restocking as needed
- Attend special meetings as scheduled by the restaurant manager
