Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays
  • effective communication skills
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • commitment to follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • at least 18 years of age
  • eagerness to learn and grow as a food service professional
  • experience working in a team environment, ideally in a culinary setting
  • knowledge and ability to prep, prepare and present food on a buffet
  • ability to cook eggs and omelets as ordered
  • knowledgeable in food sanitation guidelines
  • able to operate kitchen equipment as needed

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve resort-style food and beverages
  • present high-quality and appetizing entrees personalized to residents' preferences
  • maintain the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness and food safety
  • cook eggs and omelets as ordered
  • collaborate with the Culinary and Dining Services team
  • greet residents with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
