Job Requirements

  • Ability to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods

  • Basic culinary skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the food service industry
  • Experience working in a team environment ideally in culinary settings
  • Knowledge and ability to prep, prepare, and present food on a buffet
  • Skilled in cooking eggs and omelets
  • Familiarity with food sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment
  • Servant-hearted with passion for hospitality

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve dynamic entrees for residents
  • Present high-quality food personalized to residents’ preferences
  • Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
  • Work collaboratively with the Culinary and Dining Services team
  • Uphold core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
  • Greet residents with a friendly and positive demeanor
  • Cook eggs and omelets as ordered
