Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • previous experience in customer service or answering phones preferred
  • first aid certification required
  • compassion for and enjoyment of working with older adults
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions and concerns
  • answer and route incoming calls professionally
  • monitor the lobby, maintain a clean and inviting environment
  • support marketing and sales efforts, including tours, inquiries, and Lead Management Program tasks
  • assist the business office with resident documentation and file maintenance
  • encourage resident participation in community activities
  • report elder maltreatment or abuse as required
  • follow and communicate company policies and procedures
  • perform other duties as assigned
