Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • prior experience in hospitality or senior care preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • effective communication skills over the telephone
  • ability to handle conflict and difficult situations professionally
  • availability to work part-time hours, every other weekend 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Job Qualifications

  • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
  • compassionate and enthusiastic about senior care and hospitality
  • ability to work part-time, including every other weekend shifts

Job Duties

  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage
  • solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a professional manner to meet organizational objectives and ensure individuals feel served appropriately
  • keep difficult situations from escalating
  • accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify residents
  • prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
