Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests and visitors
- Greet residents and visitors and provide information about the property
- Assist residents, family members and guests with general requests
- Arrange tours of the property for prospective residents and visitors
- Answer multi-line telephones and direct calls appropriately
- Display knowledge of the property’s services and programs
- Manage mail meter, stamps, copying and office operations
- Handle business center requests such as photocopying, faxing and mail shipping
- Process and sort incoming mail and distribute to mailboxes
- Complete all opening and closing duties
- Take reservations for dining rooms, activities department and transportation
- Record maintenance work order requests and deliver to maintenance
- Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond immediately
- Maintain Resident Notice Binder
- Arrange parking and retrieval of valet cars
- Arrange wake-up calls, dry cleaning, pet care and personal errands
- Fulfill personal concierge requests such as restaurant reservations and internet research
- Maintain reception area neat and organized
- Ensure signage is accurate and clean
- Perform clerical duties as directed
- Update and assemble marketing packets
- Respond to resident concerns and emergencies
- Support marketing through positive interactions
- Communicate suspected resident condition changes
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Encourage teamwork and support a professional image
- Perform other duties as assigned
