Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest-facing hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in office software and reservation systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail

Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests in a warm, professional manner
- Assist residents and guests with inquiries
- Coordinate guest services such as reservations, transportation, and special requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with efficiency and poise, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage lobby area to ensure a welcoming and orderly atmosphere
- Foster positive relationships with residents and guests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery
