Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in guest-facing hospitality role preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in office software and reservation systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests in a warm, professional manner
  • Assist residents and guests with inquiries
  • Coordinate guest services such as reservations, transportation, and special requests
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with efficiency and poise, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Manage lobby area to ensure a welcoming and orderly atmosphere
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and guests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery
