Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Good organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Demonstrated good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and residents warmly and manage the community entry area
  • Handle incoming calls with proper greeting and message taking
  • Assist potential residents, families, and candidates by providing information and initiating the recruitment process
  • Support the Director of Sales with administrative and marketing tasks including maintaining packet inventory
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, refreshments, and ambiance in the Bistro area
  • Partner with community leadership to ensure compliance with safety protocols and respond to emergencies
  • Maintain records such as resident rosters, meal tickets, and sign-in logs accurately
  • Perform general administrative duties including mail distribution and supply ordering
  • Participate actively as a committed team member contributing to engagement and training initiatives
