Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of food service or customer service experience
  • friendly, clear communication
  • POS and cash handling skills
  • knowledge of food safety and basic prep
  • current Food Handler & Alcohol Server permits required
  • lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods and work in tight spaces
  • able to pass airport TSA background check required

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest with a warm welcome
  • take orders and enter them into the POS system
  • handle payments and give correct change
  • package food neatly and prepare for dine-in or takeout
  • assist in preparing key dishes like fresh salad rolls
  • restock napkins, sauces, utensils, grab and go food, and supplies
  • keep the dining area clean and organized
  • set up, clean, and maintain your station and tools
  • follow food safety rules and cleanliness checklists
  • check in with the manager at the start and end of your shift
  • jump in to help your team wherever needed
