1+ year of food service or customer service experience
friendly, clear communication
POS and cash handling skills
knowledge of food safety and basic prep
current Food Handler & Alcohol Server permits required
lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods and work in tight spaces
able to pass airport TSA background check required

Job Duties

Greet every guest with a warm welcome
take orders and enter them into the POS system
handle payments and give correct change
package food neatly and prepare for dine-in or takeout
assist in preparing key dishes like fresh salad rolls
restock napkins, sauces, utensils, grab and go food, and supplies
keep the dining area clean and organized
set up, clean, and maintain your station and tools
follow food safety rules and cleanliness checklists
check in with the manager at the start and end of your shift
jump in to help your team wherever needed
