Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in caregiving preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient with clients
Job Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience, either professional or personal, preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate nature
- CNA or HHA certification is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Offer medication reminders without administering medication
- Provide transportation to errands or appointments as needed
- Maintain clear communication with the office and family members
