Job Requirements
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a stable work history
- Must be able to work entire shift on feet at a quick pace
- Must be flexible to work any shift as needed including weekends
- Background screening for previous criminal history
- Employment contingent on at least 80 percent score on hotel's reservations system test after training
- At least a high school diploma or G.E.D.
Job Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Preferably 6 months experience in any field where exceeding customers' expectations were met
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry and database management systems
- Ability to anticipate guests' needs and interact positively
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Emotionally competent with ability to stay composed and positive under pressure
- Respect for diversity and multicultural environment
- Stable work history
Job Duties
- Be flexible and willing to perform other tasks as necessary or requested
- Wear hotel uniform in compliance with hotel standards
- Welcome guests to the lobby and breakfast bar providing fast and courteous service
- Set up the hot "On the House" breakfast each morning following hotel franchise breakfast guidelines
- Consistently interact with guests to provide a superior breakfast experience
- Communicate feedback to hotel management
- Maintain food service quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean work environment meeting county health codes and hotel quality assurance requirements
