Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service
- Ensure smooth operation of the breakfast service each morning
- Maintain and replenish the breakfast buffet with hot food and other items
- Keep the breakfast area clean, stocked, and organized throughout service hours
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any complaints professionally
- Follow all health and safety procedures including proper food handling and sanitation
- Clean and sanitize the breakfast area and kitchen daily
- Conduct inventory checks and follow ordering guidelines
- Maintain professional appearance adhering to brand uniform standards
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Support a positive and enjoyable work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
