Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must adhere to federal, state, and local regulations regarding food and alcohol service

Job Duties

  • Set up hospitality area before service, arranging tables and chairs, and ensuring proper table settings
  • Greet guests and serve food and beverages following policies, procedures, brand standards, alcohol awareness and federal, state and local serving regulations
  • Complete assigned side work and related cleaning duties in the hospitality area
  • Maintain a clean and organized hospitality area by clearing tables and resetting them for new guests
  • Assist with all aspects of service as requested
