Job Requirements
- at least two years experience working on dish
- availability to work four to five days a week Monday through Friday
- ability to perform prep and reset tasks with speed and precision
- capable of maintaining cleanliness in back of house
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- run dish efficiently and maintain cleanliness
- maintain a clean and organized back of house
- complete simple prep tasks with speed and precision
- perform reset duties as assigned
- assist with general kitchen maintenance
- ensure compliance with kitchen health and safety standards
- support team members to uphold kitchen operations
