Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in hospitality or related field
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work shifts exceeding 8 hours and weeks over 40 hours
  • Willingness to relocate after training completion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments

  • Strong coaching and team development abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee all venue departments including culinary, sales, event planning, and banquet operations
  • Recruit, train, and develop talented teams through effective coaching, motivation, and daily leadership
  • Drive financial success by managing revenue, labor, and cost control
  • Execute high-volume events with precision and a guest-first mindset
  • Champion company culture and uphold brand standards with positivity, professionalism, and integrity
  • Adapt to a dynamic work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Collaborate with specialized teams in HR, marketing, and accounting to support venue operations
